This must be stored in the settings so that My LOCALINA knows how many reservations can be accepted online and how large the maximum capacity of your restaurant is in total.
You must / can store the following information in the settings:
Number of people: This determines the maximum number of people that can be included in a single online reservation. (Average value: 8 people)
Total capacity: Here you give My LOCALINA the information on how many guests (seats) you can manage.
Tip: If you cannot always use all tables to 100% capacity (e.g. because three people at a table of four, etc.), set this number a little lower than your actual size.
Online capacity: Here you determine how much of your total capacity you will release for online reservations. The system will therefore no longer accept reservations online as soon as the limit you entered has been reached in your restaurant (reservations entered manually are also included here).
Tip: If you enter walk-ins as well as telephone or e-mail reservations in the system in advance, there is nothing to prevent you from entering the same number as for "Total capacity" .
Graduation: The graduation serves to relieve your kitchen. Enter here (if desired) the number of people that you can still manage without any problems if they all appear at the same time. The graduation is optional and therefore does not have to be entered.
